Phoebe Philo offers a sophisticated return process, allowing clients to request a return within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Please ensure that all footwear is returned with the original box and protective dust bags to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Shipment

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all documentation and the completed return form are included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Complimentary Collection

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original order to the exterior of the box and schedule a courier pickup via our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received at our atelier, your return will undergo a rigorous quality check before your refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
